Recycled plastic particles are mainly classified into grades based on the different raw materials used and the characteristics of the processed plastic particles, generally divided into first, second, and third grade materials.

First level material

It refers to the use of raw materials that have not fallen to the ground, also known as bottom corner materials, some of which are nozzle materials, rubber head materials, etc., with relatively good quality, that is, unused materials. In the process of processing new materials, the remaining small edges or low-quality raw materials. The particles processed from these raw materials have good transparency and their quality can be compared with new materials, so they are classified as first-class or special grade materials.

Secondary materials

It refers to raw materials that have been used once, except for high-pressure granulation. In high-pressure granulation, imported large parts are mostly used. If imported large parts are industrial films, they have not been exposed to wind and sun, so their quality is also very good. The transparency of the processed particles is good. At this time, it should also be judged based on the brightness of the particles and whether the surface is rough.

Third level material

It refers to particles processed from raw materials that have been used two or more times, but their elasticity, toughness, and other aspects are not very good.
